KFSA is in the process of converting to new agency software. Two highlights include remote access capablities and an easier to understand customer statement. June 2 is "go live" date.
Yay! Sounds so exciting!!
We love the double monitors - it makes us more efficient - we can be in one program and need a phone number or something from the other program and can move over and get it with just a click of the mouse!
